A cat who reminds you to breathe
Breathe with Mochi.
When you are busy, it is easy to hold your breath without noticing. MeowBreathe gives you a cat companion who calls you a few times a day, takes three slow breaths with you, then purrs.

- iPhone, iOS 17 or later
How it works
A small pause, a few times a day.
-

Mochi calls you
Pick the hours, how often and which days. A soft meow or purr arrives as a notification; tap it and you are in.
-

Three slow breaths
About thirty seconds. A wave sound rises as you breathe in and settles as you breathe out, with gentle taps you can feel. Mochi breathes with you.
-

Wind down at night
A slow, dark session for bedtime. A warm glow keeps the rhythm, the screen dims, and it ends on its own.
Try it now
Take one breath with Mochi.
Breathe in
This is Long exhale: in for 4 seconds, out for 6. In the app, a soft wave sound rises and settles with you, and your iPhone taps gently at each turn.
